Synthwerks Says Goodbye

After 11 years or so of doing this, and with many mixed emotions, I am announcing  Synthwerks , LLC is leaving the Eurorack Module business. We have been selling niche modules in a niche business, and it is time to move on. Controllers and stand alone utility modules seem to be the last thing people buy for their rigs. Their rigs have to get big enough to want to control them remotely (tired of reaching through the spaghetti), or they are now playing out live, and need lights for their rig. Their money always usually gets spent on the newest sexy modules, and I don’t blame them. With the latest disruptions in the parts supply chain, many parts now are not in stock at the vendors we use, or have minimum quantities that are beyond the finances and sales flow of small companies.  Synthwerks  being one.

We have sold all of our new inventory, and basically all we have left are used modules that were once in our demo rigs, and personal systems. These will appear on all the standard social media and equipment sale channels as soon as they are sorted out. We do have parts inventories that will be for sale too. These are mainly the 100k and 20k pots we use. We have a fairly large amount of these to sell. Please contact   james@synthwerks.com  for details if interested.

Thanks to all who have bought gear from us in the past. Both Steve Turnidge (my business partner) and I, thank you deeply for helping us ride the  Eurorack wave for as long as we have. I personally am not leaving the scene, and will still post on the sites as I do now, and will continue to play music as Body Falling Downstairs, and as part of Young Scientist (with Marc Barreca) and Steve will continue designing PCBs and mastering audio recordings. I just will have more time to actually use this stuff!
